Shopping is a mix of new and refreshed items. The number of guests a property sleeps determines the size and quantity of necessary items.

Initial Deep Cleaning required. Floor and Window cleaning as needed.

This List shows what is needed throughout the Home:

Main living area: seating furniture, rug, coffee table, end tables, lamps, throw pillows, wall art, one tv/tv console, additional decore items to complete space.
Kitchen/Dining: fully stocked for all that guests would need for cooking meals in…pots and pans, flatware, dishware, glassware, casserole dish, cookie sheet, strainer, etc. coffee maker, toaster, seating and other furnishings as needed.
Bedrooms: Bed(s), mattress, sleeping pillows, comforter, bed bug/waterproof mattress protector, blanket, decorative pillow, one dresser, one mirror, nightstand(s), lamps plus bulbs, wall art, rug if needed.
Bathrooms: shower rods, liners, shower curtains, bath mats, small decore, trash cans, plungers, and a hair dryer for the master bathroom.
Foyer/Hallway/Mudroom/Extra spaces: Varies house to house.
Outdoor: Varies house to house.
Basic Cleaning and Household Supplies: Wet Mop, Broom, Vacuum, Kitchen trash can, Room trash cans.

Note: The consultation process from conception to completion can take up to 30 days once our agreement is formalized. I collect items then deliver and install all in one Set Up day.

Turn Key Set Up Rates*:

Up to 1000 sq feet: $2000
1001-2000 sq feet: $2500
2001-3000 sq feet: $3000
3001+ sq ft: Custom pricing available for over 3000 sq feet.
